Our Satisfaction & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our stickers and bookmarks. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If there is any issue with your items, we are here to help.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns. Instead, we offer a 30-day replacement policy for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect or did not arrive within 20-30 days upon we ship your order. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of an issue.
How to Request a Replacement
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at inquiries@callarey.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once we review your request, we will process a replacement for the affected items. All replacement requests for stickers and bookmarks are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure we provide the best possible solution.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Shipments
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any of the following, contact us immediately:
- Water Damage: If the package or contents have been exposed to moisture.
- Tampering: If the package has been opened and items are missing or appear to have been stolen.
- Wrong Items: If you receive products you did not order.
In these cases, please email us at inquiries@callarey.com with a photo of the package and its contents. We will work quickly to resolve the situation and send you a replacement.
Personalized & Custom Orders
All sales are final on personalized or custom-made items. This includes any products that have been customized with a specific name, design, or other personal detail. We cannot offer replacements for these items unless they arrived with a defect or were damaged in transit.
