We want to get your new stickers and bookmarks to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are hand-packed with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer several shipping options to meet your needs.
1. Free Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class Mail)
- Cost: FREE on all orders!
- Service: This service is delivered by USPS using standard postage stamps.
- Tracking: Please note that this option does not include a tracking number.
- Estimated Delivery: 12-18 business days after your order has shipped. This is an estimate provided by USPS and is not guaranteed.
2. USPS Ground Advantage (Recommended)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Service: A reliable and economical service from the USPS.
- Tracking: Includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days after your order has shipped.
3. USPS Priority Mail Express (Rush Orders)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Service: The fastest domestic shipping service from the USPS.
- Tracking: Includes detailed tracking and delivery date information.
- Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after your order has shipped.
Our Packaging
We take care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
- Standard Orders: Most orders for stickers and bookmarks are shipped in a sturdy envelope.
- Bulk Orders: Larger quantities are shipped in a flat rigid mailer to prevent bending and damage during transit.
Important Note on Untracked Shipments
Our free standard shipping option is an affordable, non-tracked service. While mail delivery is very reliable, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit once they have been accepted by USPS.
If you are concerned about the security of your order, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping method with tracking at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are always exploring new ways to serve our customers and hope to offer international shipping in the future!
